It has been considered that Suluhan (Watery Inn) was constructed in 1685 by Shayk al-Islam Mehmet Emin Bey, as a foundation to finance the costs of the Zincirli (Chained) Mosque. The first section of the two-section Suluhan is on a square like rectangular planning with yard in the middle and two-storey. In this section, a very of the stores on the east and south sections survived until today, and buildings on the west and north sides demolished completely and only outer walls remained today. From the ruins it is considered that the interior yard of the Inn is surrounded in all 4 sides by lancet stoas that are stood on columns. Behind the stoas there are chambers. The second section is on the south end of the structure, it is one storey and narrower compared to first section. The whole section is earth up and it is estimated that it was used for storage and barn. The walls of the both section was constructed with rubble stone. On the west side of the inn there is a small, three section ottoman bazaar, each section is covered by barrel vaults, and there are small stores on the side of the vaults...
